Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact the StrideMart Customer Support Team as soon as possible after placing your order.

Orders are processed promptly to help ensure timely fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak shopping seasons, holidays, restocks, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment confirmation. If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan and update the package.

You can track your order using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email or through our Track Order page if available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

StrideMart is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and fulfillment timing. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Delivery Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs inspections, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
