Return and Refund Policy
At StrideMart, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If your order is not the right fit or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Please read the policy below before starting a return request.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Free from dirt, marks, odor, damage, or signs of outdoor wear
- Returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories when applicable
- Approved by our support team before being sent back
For footwear, please try shoes on indoors on a clean surface. Items that show signs of outdoor wear, scuffed soles, stains, odor, or damage may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team through the Contact page and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for your return request
- Clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from our support team. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchange availability depends on current inventory. If the size, color, or item you need is not available, we may recommend placing a new order or processing a return for refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect item or a confirmed defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. StrideMart is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review the case and help provide the best available solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Items may not be eligible for return if they are:
- Worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Returned after the 30-day return window
- Marked as final sale or clearance, if stated on the product page
- Returned without approval from our support team
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Orders are processed quickly to help ensure timely fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
